Course Description
This course introduces the student to a set of basic concepts about the architecture and organization of computers, making use of low level programming in assembly language as a guiding thread in the description of the functional organization of this type of systems.

En esta clase se introducen los conceptos básicos referentes a la Norma IEEE-754. En particular, se analizan la operatoria para las operaciones de suma y multiplicación. En el caso de la suma, se especifica la implementación en hardware que permite su operación.
